Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for a non-vegan version)
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
